An activity to get to know your new class! Children can tell their new teacher all about themselves, their likes and their goals. This can also be used as a beginning of the year classroom display.

-Winter words worksheet, ideal activity to assess children's knowledge of the winter topic. Children can write down all the winter words that they know. Can be done individually or blown up to use as a group.
Christmas tree bauble counting / Snowman button counting - This includes an introduction carpet session (powerpoint) where children have to count the baubles on the Christmas tree, the answer is revealed when the slide is clicked. It also includes an individual christmas tree sheet which can be used for a follow up activity, homework or assessment.
